JUDY (EPP) KASDORF - ARTIST
JUDY (EPP) KASDORF is a Saskatchewan born artist. Growing up on a farm west of Langham, Judy enjoyed sketching and drawing from an early age. Judy currently resides in Martensville and has two grown daughters. Although she put art pursuits on hold to raise her family, Judy joined a painting group some 20 years ago and her interest in wildlife art began. With the guidance of instructor, the late Pat Grove, Judy gained knowledge and experience working in various mediums. In recent years Judy has used mostly pastels. Judy’s love of painting has led to numerous awards for her artwork, including Best in Show ribbons.
Judy is honoured to be chosen as the FEATURE ARTIST for the 2017 Reflections of Nature Art show sponsored by the Saskatchewan Wildlife Art Association. Some of the awards received at this show in previous years are:

2014 - Poster Award - "Call of the Wild" (elk)
2013 - People's Choice Award - "Kenyan Family" (elephants)
2013 - 3rd Best in Show - "Bella" (tri color Collie)
2012 - 2nd Best in Show - "Pipe Dreams" (frog)
2011 - Best in Show - "Marsh Lookout" (wren)
2010 - Best in Show - "Little Darlin' " (frog)2009 - Best in Show - "Call of the Wild" (elk)
2009 - 2nd Best in Show - "Jungle Jewel" (frog)
2009 - 3rd Best in Show - "Along Came a Spider"
2008 - 3rd Best in Show - "Summer Song" (butterfly)
Judy is happy to accept commissions, including pet portraits, wildlife and florals.
